- Mervat Kharsa sorry, I didn't finsih. 1/2 cup of ground flax seed. You buy all above in the form of seeds and roast each item individual and ground it. Mix the ingredient with very small amount of salt. DON't add any pepper. Good luck.May 14 at 7:35pm ·
